April 27, 2007, Newsletter Issue #62: Prepping for Gynecomastia Surgery

Tip of the Week

You've got your game on. You're mentally and emotionally ready to have breast reduction. You're even going with your wife, who is having breast reduction--everybody knows you're a supportive spouse. What else do you need to do? Don't take aspirin before the procedure. Your doctor will prescribe any medications you need for recovery. Don't smoke. It hinders your recovery. Don't use herbal remedies such as St. John's Wort, ephedra nad gingko biloba. Do relax. Have a blood count done and send or have the test results faxed to your surgeon.

Above all, go home with your wife and spend the evening supporting each other.
