Gynecomastia and Liposuction
You're ready to make the move. The move to gynecomastia surgery, so that you can make a move without feeling self-conscious. But you've heard the move may involve a new groove--liposuction. In general, surgeons try to minimize scarring so that you can go shirtless or wear a light shirt--scars typically fade within six months. A small scar around the nipple as well as scars where rods were inserted will be the only marks to indicate you've had gynecomastia treatment--as if a reduction in cup size weren't enough. You don't have to tell anyone you're having lipo and gynecomastia surgery. It's up to you. Plastic surgery is supposed to make you confident, so you can make the move and be in the groove.
