Your chin is bruised so badly the neighbors are talking. Point them to a medical dictionary. You've just had chin implant surgery. Swelling and bruising are normal after chin implant surgery, so you'll use cold compresses for a few days--swelling typically disappears within five. You may have a splint or brace to hold your chin in place, so sleep elevated and on your back.
After chin augmentation, you'll have difficulty eating and talking, so try not to yak on the phone to all your friends about your great chin implants and the great deal on the chin implant prices. You'll have pain medication while you're recovering and you can resume normal activities in two weeks, although you shouldn't go for your morning run--people might think you're escaping your hubby! Avoid those nosy neighbors, concerned friends and pesky police inuiqiries by giving everyone information about chin augmentation. After all, your husband's a great guy!

I had a chin implant 5 days ago. I was surprised at how fast it took. He went through the inside of my mouth. I still have major numbness in my lower lip and my chin and mouth is so sore. I can't talk for too long and my bottom lip burns for some reason. I took my tape off today, and I have to say, I'm still pretty swollen and not happy about that. I know the pain gets better everyday and swelling is less and less each morining I wake up, but I am getting tired of feeling tired and sore. I haven't been able to take pain medication they gave since the day after surgery because I got so sick. Throwing up all day wasn't pleasant. On the positive side, I can see a difference and there is no bruising. I'm going back to work tomorrow and I hope my story on falling and cutting my mouth open is believable. This was a secret surgery.

hi, i have a question hopefully from your experience you can explain. I recently got a chin implant almsot two weeks ago. At first I really like it but now its more swollen is that normal.
